Personal pilates classes where we start from the basics and train healthy movement habits from which you can safely transition into advanced stages with balance and mobility challenges. What's more? Strengthen your spine and protect yourself from age related injuries by building core strength. Each class is designed to suit your range of movement and level of fitness.
GROUP CLASSES
Looking for a regular workout that rejuvenates you and refreshes your mind? Looking for a workout that improves your level of energy? Our MOTR and prop group classes could be the answer your looking for. Pick your type from group of 3 or 2 and maximize your potential by developing an optimal posture and core strength.
